Better Physique With Lesser Efforts
The specs above, that’s Manoj, one of my best friends from college days. We actually met just a few weeks ago, and that too, after 3 years. He is still as dumb as always but I have got to say that he is one of the most hard-working people I have come across in life. I mean, if he weren’t, he wouldn’t have stayed my friend for this long. The subject of interest is, however, totally different today. It’s physical health, and the transformation my friend underwent over the last 2 years is totally unexpected.
